History students at school and university, particularly those studying the Enlightenment, the history of religious dissent, of the American and French Revolutions and eighteenth century politics. General readers of all adult ages. Paul Frame is a self-employed geological consultant and researcher in Enlightenment and Welsh Enlightenment history. He is an Honorary Fellow of the Centre for Advanced Welsh and Celtic Studies in Aberystwyth.
