Andrew James Davies

Andrew James Davies is Professor of Education at Swansea University, and Director of the University's Centre for Research into Practice. His main research interests are in the fields of educational policy in Wales, Headteacher recruitment and retention, and the impact of policy on professionality and practice. Gary Beauchamp is Professor of Education in the Cardiff School of Education and Social Policy at Cardiff Metropolitan University, and an Honorary Professor at Durham University. He has published widely in international academic journals and led many funded research projects.
